CANCELATION / TRANSFER POLICIES
ALL 'EXPERIENCE' SOUND BATHS​​​​​
At Se7en Waves Sound Vibes, we strive to provide a relaxing and fulfilling experience for all our participants. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating changes to your plans. Below is our refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all our valued clients.

1. Refund & Transfer Policy Update
Our events often sell out quickly, and much like a concert, every ticket holds a reserved spot that ensures our staff, hotel partners, and sound practitioners are compensated for their time and preparation. Because of this, we will no longer be providing refunds or transfers for sold-out events.

We understand life happens! If you can no longer attend, we encourage you to give your ticket to a friend, family member, or sell it forward so someone else can enjoy the experience. We also encourage participants to email Info@se7enwaves.com to see if your ticket can be waitlisted.

2. Low Attendance
We reserve the right to cancel any event if attendance is low due to the amount of work that goes into a sound bath experience. Please bring a friend and spread the word of our floating sound baths so that everyone may enjoy and no events are canceled. During this time, you will be fully refunded back to original payment.

Please pay careful attention and read all the details when booking your sound bath.

RAIN OUT / TRANSFER / REFUNDS
At Se7en Waves Sound Vibes, we do everything we can to ensure your sound bath experience goes as planned. Unfortunately, we have zero control over mother nature. Since many of our events are outdoors, weather can sometimes impact scheduling, and with Texas weather we do our VERY best to detect these scenarios ahead of time to give practitioners and participants time.

WE WILL MAKE THE ANNOUNCEMENT 1-2 HOURS PRIOR TO THE EVENT

1. Transfer Policy:

If an event is rained out or otherwise canceled due to weather, all tickets will automatically be transferred to the following week’s scheduled event.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree and acknowledge this policy

This ensures that you still receive your full experience with us without losing your reservation.
2. Refund Policy:

Because refunds are time-consuming and require additional administrative work, we strongly encourage accepting the transfer option.

If you still choose to request a refund instead of a transfer, an administrative fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the staff time and processing costs.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 3 calendar days of the original scheduled event.
3. Communication of Weather Updates:

Rained-out cancellations will be announced via our official Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as through email notifications.

Please ensure that your email address is valid at the time of registration. We are not responsible for undelivered emails, as all notices are also posted on our social media.

STUDIO SOUND BATHS
The following refund and transfer policy for our studio sound baths
​
1. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled sound bath session.
Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session.
Refund requests made prior to the week of the event will be processed with a $15 processing fee.

2. Transfer Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may transfer your reservation to another date or person.
All transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the session.

3. No Exceptions
Unfortunately, no refunds or transfers will be processed within 24 hours of the session. If you are 5-min late we do not provide refunds or transfers.

4. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days from the date of the request. Please allow this time for the refund to reflect in your account. This gives us time to process the request (24 hours), research the request (24 hours), and bank processing (1-5 days)
We reserve the right to cancel any event if attendance is low due to set up time. Please bring a friend and spread the word so that everyone may enjoy and no events are canceled.

This will also be displayed on your ticket. Please pay careful attention when booking your sound bath.

PRIVATE EVENTS / WEDDINGS​
1. Deposit and Payment Terms:
To secure a customized booking with SE7EN WAVES SOUND VIBES, a deposit of 50% of the total event price is required. This deposit must be paid no later than 10 calendar days from the scheduled event date. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the event. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation Notification:
In the event that you must cancel your booking, we require written notification of the cancellation. The date on which the written cancellation is received by SE7EN WAVES SOUND VIBES will determine any additional charges or refunds as outlined below.

3. Cancellation Charges:

More than 15 days before the event: No additional charges beyond the non-refundable deposit.

15 to 3 days before the event: 50% of the total event cost will be charged, including the non-refundable deposit.

Less than 48 hours before the event: 100% of the total event cost will be charged.​

4. Rescheduling:
If you wish to reschedule your event, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional costs. The original deposit can be transferred to the new event date, provided that the rescheduling request is made more than 30 days before the original event date. If a rescheduling request is made 15 to 30 days before the event, a rescheduling fee of 25% of the total event cost will apply. Rescheduling is not available less than 15 days before the event.
5. Force Majeure:
In the unlikely event that SE7EN WAVES SOUND VIBES is unable to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or serious illness, we will work with you to reschedule your event at no additional cost or provide a refund of payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.
6. Refunds and Adjustments:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the event. For cancellations made 15 to 30 days before the event, a partial refund may be issued excluding the non-refundable deposit and any costs already incurred in preparation for your event.
7. Agreement:
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of this cancellation policy. It is your responsibility to understand the terms of this policy upon booking with SE7EN WAVES SOUND VIBES.
