Cancelation Policies
​​Immersive / Floating Sound Baths

At Se7en Waves Sound Vibes, we strive to provide a relaxing and fulfilling experience for all our clients. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating changes to your plans. Below is our refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all our valued clients.

Non-Refundable Period
Tickets are non-refundable within the week of the event. Due to the nature of our events, each spot is reserved, and staff is hired based on the number of participants and we are unable to process refunds during this period. If you provide a minimum of 48 hour notice (2 days prior to the event) we will move your ticket to another event should there be one.

Refunds Prior to the Event
Refund requests made prior to the week of the event will be processed with a $15 processing fee. This fee covers the administrative costs of handling both the purchase and the refund of the ticket.

Transferring tickets
You may transfer your ticket to avoid the processing fee but has to be for same valued item. For example: you can move a reserved spot from a hotel lounge, but you may not move a red light therapy to a hotel lounge.

Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days from the date of the request. Please allow this time for the refund to reflect in your account.

We reserve the right to cancel any event if attendance is low due to the amount of work that goes into an immersive/floating sound bath. Please bring a friend and spread the word of our floating sound baths so that everyone may enjoy and no events are canceled.

Studio Sound Baths​​​​
The following refund and transfer policy for our studio sound baths:

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled sound bath session.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may transfer your reservation to another date or person.

Unfortunately, no refunds or transfers will be processed within 48 hours of the session.

Private Events / Weddings​
​
1. Deposit and Payment Terms:
To secure a customized booking with SE7EN WAVES SOUND VIBES, a deposit of 50% of the total event price is required. This deposit must be paid no later than 10 calendar days from the scheduled event date. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the event. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation Notification:
In the event that you must cancel your booking, we require written notification of the cancellation. The date on which the written cancellation is received by SE7EN WAVES SOUND VIBES will determine any additional charges or refunds as outlined below.

3. Cancellation Charges:

More than 15 days before the event: No additional charges beyond the non-refundable deposit.

15 to 3 days before the event: 50% of the total event cost will be charged, including the non-refundable deposit.

Less than 48 hours before the event: 100% of the total event cost will be charged.​

4. Rescheduling:
If you wish to reschedule your event, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional costs. The original deposit can be transferred to the new event date, provided that the rescheduling request is made more than 30 days before the original event date. If a rescheduling request is made 15 to 30 days before the event, a rescheduling fee of 25% of the total event cost will apply. Rescheduling is not available less than 15 days before the event.
5. Force Majeure:
In the unlikely event that SE7EN WAVES SOUND VIBES is unable to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or serious illness, we will work with you to reschedule your event at no additional cost or provide a refund of payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.
6. Refunds and Adjustments:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the event. For cancellations made 15 to 30 days before the event, a partial refund may be issued excluding the non-refundable deposit and any costs already incurred in preparation for your event.
7. Agreement:
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of this cancellation policy. It is your responsibility to understand the terms of this policy upon booking with SE7EN WAVES SOUND VIBES.
