Thank you for choosing to volunteer with Se7en Waves. Our volunteers are an important part of creating the magical experiences our guests remember long after the event ends. Your time is an energy exchange that allows you to experience one of our signature sound baths while helping create a beautiful environment for others.

This is a volunteer opportunity only. Volunteers are not employees, contractors, or representatives of Se7en Waves and will not receive monetary compensation. This program is designed as an energy exchange in return for participation in one of our luxury sound bath experiences. This is a discounted ticketed price.

Volunteer Responsibilities

Please arrive promptly no later than 1 hour prior to event start. If the sound bath starts at 7:30PM, please arrive between 6:15-6:30PM.

 

Before guests arrive, volunteers will assist with:

​

• Blowing up floating mattresses

• Setting up blankets and pillows

• Light event preparation

• Helping create a welcoming environment

 

Once all guests have been settled onto their floats, your own sound bath experience will begin.

At the conclusion of the event, volunteers will:

• Be the first participants to exit the water

• Assist guests safely on and off their floats

• Help collect blankets, pillows, and event materials

• Assist with light breakdown before leaving

 

Your willingness to help before and after the experience allows our practitioners to focus on creating an unforgettable event for every guest.

Attendance Policy

Because our events are live experiences with limited volunteers, your commitment is extremely important.

We completely understand that emergencies happen. However, last-minute no-shows place additional stress on the team and directly impact our ability to provide a luxury guest experience.

 

Volunteer attendance policy:

• First missed volunteer commitment within your first six months will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• A second missed commitment within that same six-month period will result in removal from the volunteer program and future volunteer opportunities.

 

Whenever possible, please provide as much notice as you can so another volunteer may fill your spot.

 

Volunteer Expectations

As a Se7en Waves volunteer, we ask that you:

• Arrive on time and ready to help.

• Be kind, welcoming, and professional with all guests.

• Follow instructions from the Se7en Waves leadership team.

• Respect all equipment and hotel property.

• Keep conversations positive and avoid distracting guests during the experience.

• Silence your phone during the sound bath unless needed for an emergency.

• Wear comfortable clothing suitable for working around water.

• Have fun and enjoy the experience.

Commonly Asked Questions: ​

 

• What should I wear: Dress comfortable, leggings, sandals, you'll be getting on last. 

• Why do we pay $20.00? This is an admin/cleaning fee. I power wash all the floats after events as well as wash the blankets and pillow cases, this uses water, time, and electricity. 

• When do I need to arrive: You need to arrive no later than 6:30PM, PLEASE PLEASE do not arrive late.
