However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating changes to your plans. Below is our refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all our valued clients. READ CAREFULLY.

REFUND POLICIES - ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS YOU HAVE PURCHASED TICKET PROTECTION

PUBLIC EVENTS
All ticket sales are final. Se7en Waves Sound Vibes follows a strict concert-style policy. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including schedule conflicts, illness, misunderstanding of event details, or personal preference. Guests are responsible for reviewing event information prior to purchase. A mandatory acknowledgment checkbox is required at checkout confirming acceptance of this policy.

NO-SHOW POLICY
Failure to attend an event for any reason results in forfeiture of the ticket. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued.
LOW ATTENDANCE
We reserve the right to cancel any event if attendance is low due to the amount of work that goes into a sound bath experience. We will follow the transfer policy method or refund your account, if we cancel. Please bring a friend and spread the word of our floating sound baths so that everyone may enjoy and no events are canceled. During this time, you will be fully refunded back to original payment.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Se7en Waves Sound Vibes maintains a zero-tolerance policy for chargebacks. By purchasing, guests agree not to dispute charges for any reason. All chargebacks will be contested with full documentation, including:

Checkout acknowledgment records

Timestamped purchase and event details

Email communication (if any)

Venue and prepaid expenses

Attendance logs
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in debt collection, legal recovery of losses and fees, and permanent booking bans.
POLICY ENFORCEMENT
Se7en Waves reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, or remove any participant who violates policies or disrupts the event.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Completion of payment serves as binding acceptance of this policy and acknowledgment that the guest has read and agrees to all terms.
TICKET PROTECTION PLAN - What is it?​​​​
Add Ticket Purchase Protection to your order for peace of mind. This allows you to request a refund or transfer only if you cannot attend due to a documented qualifying emergency, such as:

Illness, injury, or emergency surgery

Positive COVID-19 test

Death of an immediate family member

Home emergency (fire, flood, burglary)

Car accident or breakdown

Same-day flight or public transit cancellation

Severe weather closing major roadways

Mandatory employer obligation or court order
Without Ticket Purchase Protection, all sales are final.
No refunds, transfers, reschedules, or credits will be offered for any reason.
Protection must be purchased at checkout and requires documentation to approve a claim.
Changing your mind, scheduling conflicts, childcare issues, lateness, or regret are not covered.

WEATHER - Transfers/Refunds
At Se7en Waves Sound Vibes, we do everything we can to ensure your sound bath experience goes as planned. Unfortunately, we have zero control over mother nature. Since many of our events are outdoors, weather can sometimes impact scheduling, and with Texas/Colorado weather, we do our very best to detect these scenarios ahead of time to give practitioners and participants time to make arrangements.

COLD WEATHER ADVISORY (Fall, Winter)
TRANSFER/REFUND POLICY
During the fall and winter months, temperatures can drop quickly. If the weather falls below 60 degrees, Se7en Waves may decide to move the sound bath indoors to maintain a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment. Because this seasonal shift occurs toward the end of the year, events held from late October through December are not eligible for transfers or refunds. We partner closely with our hotel venues to relocate the experience indoors whenever possible, ensuring you still receive the full sound bath experience. If for any reason we are unable to move the sound bath indoors, your ticket will be refunded in full.
Your comfort, safety, and overall experience remain our priority during colder weather months.

RAINED OUT EVENTS (Spring, Summer, Fall)
WE WILL MAKE THE ANNOUNCEMENT 2+ HOURS PRIOR TO THE EVENT

TRANSFER POLICY:

If an event is rained out or otherwise canceled due to weather, all tickets will automatically be transferred to the following week’s scheduled event.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree and acknowledge this policy

This ensures that you still receive your full experience with us without losing your reservation.
REFUND POLICY:

If the event is rescheduled to another day, there will be no refunds - because refunds are time-consuming and require additional administrative work, we strongly encourage accepting the transfer option.

If you still choose to request a refund instead of a transfer, an administrative fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the staff time and processing costs.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 3 calendar days of the original scheduled event.
COMMUNICATIONS:

Rained-out cancellations will be announced via our official Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as through email notifications.

Please ensure that your email address is valid at the time of registration. We are not responsible for undelivered emails, as all notices are also posted on our social media.

PRIVATE EVENTS​
Deposit and Payment Terms:
To secure a customized booking with SE7EN WAVES SOUND VIBES, a deposit of 50% of the total event price is required. This deposit must be paid no later than 10 calendar days from the scheduled event date. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the event. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation Notification:
In the event that you must cancel your booking, we require written notification of the cancellation. The date on which the written cancellation is received by SE7EN WAVES SOUND VIBES will determine any additional charges or refunds as outlined below.

Cancellation Charges:

More than 15 days before the event: No additional charges beyond the non-refundable deposit.

15 to 3 days before the event: 50% of the total event cost will be charged, including the non-refundable deposit.
-
Less than 48 hours before the event: 100% of the total event cost will be charged.​
​Rescheduling:
If you wish to reschedule your event, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional costs. The original deposit can be transferred to the new event date, provided that the rescheduling request is made more than 30 days before the original event date. If a rescheduling request is made 15 to 30 days before the event, a rescheduling fee of 25% of the total event cost will apply. Rescheduling is not available less than 15 days before the event.
Force Majeure:
In the unlikely event that SE7EN WAVES SOUND VIBES is unable to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or serious illness, we will work with you to reschedule your event at no additional cost or provide a refund of payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.
Refunds and Adjustments:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the event. For cancellations made 15 to 30 days before the event, a partial refund may be issued excluding the non-refundable deposit and any costs already incurred in preparation for your event.
Agreement:
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of this cancellation policy. It is your responsibility to understand the terms of this policy upon booking with SE7EN WAVES SOUND VIBES.

GIFT CARDS
All Gift Cards Are Final Sale
All Se7en Waves Sound Vibes gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Once purchased, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to unused balances, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances.

No Chargebacks
By purchasing a Se7en Waves Sound Vibes gift card, you agree that all sales are final and that any chargebacks or payment disputes will be formally contested with documentation of this policy, proof of purchase, and proof of delivery.
Validity & Redemption

Gift cards may be used toward any Se7en Waves Sound Vibes experience, including:

Floating Sound Baths (Seasonal: April through October)

Indoor Studio Sound Baths (Available January through December)

Se7en Waves operates as a seasonal business and is typically closed from mid-December through mid-January for the holidays and annual reset.

Gift cards do not expire, but availability of specific experiences is subject to seasonal scheduling and capacity.
Scheduling Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the gift card holder to:

Book their session in advance

Attend within available seasonal schedules
-
Monitor event availability and operational dates
Lack of availability during seasonal closures or fully booked events does not qualify for a refund or credit exchange.
Lost or Stolen Cards
Lost, stolen, or misused gift cards cannot be replaced.
Acceptance of Terms
Purchase or use of a Se7en Waves Sound Vibes gift card constitutes acceptance of all terms outlined in this policy.
