Cancellation Policy

To ensure a seamless, high-quality experience, the following policy applies to all virtual sound bath sessions, including both individual & corporate bookings. 1. Mandatory Sound Checks All virtual sessions require two (2) sound checks prior to the scheduled event to prevent technical disruptions and ensure optimal audio quality. First Sound Check (Initial Setup): Conducted in advance of the event to confirm platform access, audio clarity, microphone levels, speaker output, & internet stability. Second Sound Check (Final Check): Conducted within 24 hours of the scheduled session to reconfirm all audio settings, participant access, & environmental readiness. Failure to complete both sound checks may result in compromised audio quality, delays, or interruptions. Se7en Waves Sound Vibes is not responsible for diminished experience due to missed or incomplete sound checks. 2. Client Responsibilities Clients (individual or corporate) agree to: -Provide a quiet, distraction-free environment -Ensure a stable internet connection -Use recommended audio equipment (headphones or external speakers preferred) -Assign a designated point of contact for corporate sessions to coordinate logistics 3. Platform & Access All sessions will be hosted on a pre-approved virtual platform (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams). Access details will be provided in advance. Clients are responsible for ensuring all participants can access the platform. 4. Technical Limitations While every effort is made to deliver a high-quality experience, Se7en Waves Sound Vibes is not liable for interruptions caused by: -Client-side internet instability -Device or platform compatibility issues -Third-party platform outages 5. Rescheduling & Disruptions If technical issues arise due to Se7en Waves equipment or facilitation, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or extend the session. If disruptions are caused by the client’s environment or failure to complete required sound checks, the session will proceed as scheduled & is non-refundable. 6. No Refund Policy All virtual sound bath bookings are final and non-refundable. Rescheduling requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis with adequate notice. 7. Corporate Sessions -A primary contact must be assigned for coordination -Group size and platform capacity must be confirmed in advance -A brief run-of-show or agenda may be required for larger groups By booking a virtual sound bath you acknowledge and agree to the above terms & conditions.
