Must be based in the East Texas Area (East of Lake Ray Hubbard but will include a travel fee for Garland, Rowlette, and Tyler) ✨Full setup of healing instruments ✨60 min sound bath ✨Luxury Lounger Mat, Pillow, Blanket, and Eye Mask ✨Essential oil diffuser (Choose sent below in the add-on section) We can accommodate up to three additional guests for an elevated experience, available in the add-ons More than four guest, please select the group package.
Cancellation Policy
SE7EN WAVES SOUND VIBES ON-SITE SERVICE POLICY By booking an on-site service, you agree to the following terms & conditions: BOOKING & SCHEDULING All sessions must be booked at least two (2) weeks in advance. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received and all event details are provided. RESCHEDULING & REFUNDS -Se7en Waves maintains a strict no refund policy. -One (1) courtesy reschedule is permitted with at least 72 hours notice. -Any additional reschedule requests will incur a $150 rebooking fee and are subject to availability. ARRIVAL & SETUP -Our team will arrive 45 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. -All furniture must be moved and the space prepared prior to arrival. -Sound practitioners and staff are not permitted to move furniture or personal items. If the space is not ready upon arrival, the session time may be reduced and will still end at the originally scheduled time. CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY: -Providing a clean, safe, and accessible environment -Ensuring adequate space for participants -Communicating access, parking, or venue restrictions in advance -Ensuring participants arrive on time LIABILITY Se7en Waves Sound Vibes is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from: -Unsafe or unprepared environments -Failure to follow instructions -Pre-existing conditions -Participation is voluntary and not a substitute for medical or psychological care. TIMING & DELAYS -Sessions begin and end as scheduled. -Delays caused by the client or venue will not extend session time. CANCELLATIONS -All bookings are final and non-refundable. -If Se7en Waves must cancel, a reschedule or credit will be offered. FORCE MAJEURE We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including weather or emergencies. A reschedule or credit will be provided.
