Enjoy a floating sound bath. We come to you to provide this service. The sound bath is 75 minutes long. Includes sound practitioners and staff. Floats, Blankets, Pillows, and Eye Masks are provided. Guests up to 10 people. If you have more guests, you'll choose from the additional services at a discount for $100/additional floater. Perfect for those looking for an intimate experience, or private clubs and communities. This does not include Pool Rental (20% is added on the total cost, if renting a pool in the DFW area). Based on size of party, location, and time of the year this price may vary. Feel free to call us for assistance in booking. Must be in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, Austin, or Denver areas. Outside of those 3 Metro Areas will incur a travel fee. ** Does not include Corporate Events - those are custom packages only**


Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Se7en Waves Sound Vibes to bring a personalized sound healing experience into your space. To ensure a seamless and elevated experience, please review the following policy guidelines. BOOKING & SCHEDULING - All private in-home sound baths must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance. - Clients are responsible for selecting and confirming their preferred date & time. - All payments must be in advance LOCATION REQUIREMENTS - The initial address provided at booking will be considered the primary service location. - Any location changes must be requested in advance and approved by Se7en Waves. - Locations must be within 30 miles of ZIP code 75068. Locations outside this radius will incur a $150 travel fee. SESSION DETAILS Each private sound bath session is approximately 75 min unless otherwise noted in as breakouts. This is a personalized wellness experience designed to promote relaxation, mindfulness, & energetic balance. Sessions may include a variety of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, drums, & other therapeutic sound elements. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES - The space must be prepared prior to arrival, including moving furniture if needed. - A clean, quiet, & safe environment is required for optimal experience. - Clients must ensure adequate space for participants to comfortably lie down or sit. - Practitioners will not move furniture or large items. RESCHEDULING POLICY - One courtesy reschedule is permitted with at least 72 hours notice. - Additional reschedule requests will incur a $150 rebooking fee. - Reschedules are subject to availability. CANCELLATION POLICY - All bookings are non-refundable. - In the event Se7en Waves must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a reschedule or full refund will be given. ARRIVAL & TIMING - The Se7en Waves team will arrive approximately 60-45 minutes prior to the session for setup depending on the setup. Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. Late starts due to client delay will not extend session time. HEALTH & WELLNESS - Sound baths are a holistic wellness practice intended to support relaxation & overall well-being. - Se7en Waves Sound Vibes practitioners are not medical professionals and do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. - Clients should consult a healthcare provider for any medical concerns. AGREEMENT By booking a private sound bath with Se7en Waves Sound Vibes, you acknowledge & agree to the terms outlined in this policy & in our FAQ
