Designed specifically for conferences, corporate retreats, leadership events, and employee wellness days, this package includes a 4+ hour onsite wellness block customized around your event agenda. Create one extended experience or schedule multiple wellness activations and breakout sessions throughout your block. Choose your preferred modalities and enhancements, then simply add your conference agenda or desired breakout schedule in the notes when reserving. CORPORATE SOUND BATH EXPEREINCE Se7en Waves Sound Vibes brings the art of relaxation to your workplace through luxury sound bath experiences designed to help teams reset, refocus, and reconnect. Our corporate sessions blend science and serenity...lowering stress, improving focus, and creating a calm, balanced work environment. CERTIFIED SOUND PRACTITIONER Setup, teardown, and provides all sound instruments Grounding introduction + meditation, Sound Bath and Closing meditation Premium instruments including crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and flutes tuned to healing frequencies Customizable focus themes: Reset + Refocus, Creativity + Flow, or Team Connection SETUP REQUIREMENTS Quiet indoor space Comfortable lighting and temperature Practitioners arrive 60-45 minutes prior for setup Silence and minimal interruptions during session is appreciated MEDIA + PRIVACY Photos/videos permitted before or after session only Branded photo/video recap available upon request HEALTH + SAFETY Safe for most participants; consult practitioner if sensitive to sound or have a pacemaker Essential oils or sage available upon request (optional) All instruments and props sanitized before and after every session If participants have any metal in their body, have them consult a doctor before attending If a participant is pregnant, please have them consult a doctor before attending TRAVEL / FEES Travel fees will apply outside DFW Payment due prior to event CANCELLATIONS/RE-SCHEDULES Reschedules within 7 days allowed If outdoors, weather permitting, we will reschedule during the months of April - October. If Indoor, 1 reschedule permitted within 6 months of booking first event. Our schedules change rapidly.
