About the event
WALSH RESTORE + SOUND™
Welcome to Se7en Waves Sound Vibes, where we invite you to Rediscover the Art of Relaxation.
RESTORE + SOUND™
A slower, deeply restorative experience for days when your body and nervous system need less doing and more receiving. With minimal movement, intentional breath, supported rest and immersive sound, RESTORE + SOUND™ creates space to soften, regulate and recover.
Bring your coffee and join Bridgette as she energizes your body for the week ahead!
Please Note: Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and any comfy items such as a blanket for the sound bath afterwards.
