What is a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where participants are enveloped in soothing sound vibrations to promote relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being.
Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums, this session guides you into a state of deep rest, helping to release tension, clear the mind, and restore balance to the body.
As the sounds and frequencies wash over you, your nervous system shifts into a relaxed state, encouraging deep healing on a cellular level. Many participants report experiencing reduced anxiety, improved sleep, emotional clarity, and a profound sense of peace.
