This is a Televised Sound Bath on CW33 News. This sound bath you will be floating ON mattresses. Wear comfortable clothing, your feet may get wet. We'll provide, blanket, pillow, and eye mask for added comfort.

Welcome (15-20 min):
Arrive 15 minutes prior to the event
OPTIONAL: Cleansing with Sage and Palo Santo to remove anything that is not serving you or any heaviness you wish to remove
Check in with your ticket with staff. Please when entering the pool area we observe quite tones and silenced phones. Please be mindful of other participates getting situated. Please stow away personal items in lockers or you can put on the deck near fireplace.
