Our signature sound experiences can stand alone or become part of a larger retreat wellness activation for your guests.

Because many of our practitioners are also creative artists, movement facilitators, and wellness instructors, retreat facilitators, we can help you build an experience around your vision. Depending on location and practitioner availability, your event may incorporate sound, breathwork, meditation, gentle movement, yoga, creative wellness experiences, and other plant complementary offerings.​

No two retreats are the same, and we don’t believe your wellness programming should be either.

We can create one signature experience or become your wellness partner throughout the retreat, incorporating different modalities into your itinerary from arrival through closing.

Experiences can include:

• Sound Bath Experiences

  • Immersive sound journeys designed for deep relaxation, reflection, grounding, or connection.

• Floating Sound Baths

  • At a reduced cost, add our signature floating experience for your retreat with access to a suitable pool.

• Breathwork

  • Guided breathwork 

• Yoga 

  • We provide both Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Promotes practice and deep guided rest pair it with therapeutic sound.

• Stretch + Mobility

  • Gentle movement designed to help guests release tension and reconnect with their bodies.

• Red Light Therapy 

  • Add red light therapy to create an elevated sensory wellness experience, stand alone or pair it with a modality. 

• Meditation 

  • Guided walk meditation combined with live sound for grounding and reflection.

STARTING at $5,500

Our retreat experiences are designed to make wellness programming simple for the host.

Tell us your retreat vision, guest count, destination, and itinerary. We’ll work with you to determine which experiences fit naturally throughout the day without making your retreat feel over-programmed.

Multi-day retreat (2-day) pricing and custom wellness programming are available, anything longer than 2 days, give us a call and we can price that out for you.

​

Travel and accommodations may be additional based on destination.
